Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective products or shipping mistakes. We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom or made-to-order items unless they are defective.
If your product is defective, please contact us at info@eramoto.com within 30 days and we'll resolve the issue by shipping another items, providing a return shipping label and/or a refund.
Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
Order Cancellations
While orders may be cancelled at any time during the production process, not all cancellations are eligible for refunds. The amount that can be refunded is dependent on the order's degree of completion:
Cancelled immediately after placing the order | Full refund |
Cancelled before a design proof is sent | Full refund |
Cancelled after a design proof is sent | 50% refund |
Cancelled after an order is printed, but before it ships | Refund of shipping charge |
Cancelled after an order ships | No refund |
